Child Safety & Anti-CSAE Policy

SwingHub is strictly for adults (18+). Any content, behaviour, or attempt to engage in Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) is forbidden, acted on immediately, and escalated to the relevant authorities.

1) Our position

CLEAR • DIRECT • ENFORCEABLE

SwingHub has a strict, unconditional zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, solicitation, and any attempt to involve minors in sexual content or activity—on or off the platform.

If we suspect CSAE, we act immediately: restrict access, remove content, preserve relevant data, and escalate to appropriate authorities in accordance with applicable law.

Adult-only by design

Attempts to bypass age controls, misrepresent age, or facilitate access for minors will result in permanent removal.

3) Prevention & detection

LAYERED SAFEGUARDS

We apply a layered safety approach combining verification, automated detection, human moderation, and community reporting. Safeguards may include:

  • A
    Age controls & verification
Selfie-based checks, risk-based review, and ID verification where required to confirm 18+ access.
  • B
    Automated safety signals
Detection tools to identify suspicious content patterns and grooming indicators for urgent review.
  • C
    Human safeguarding review
Trained moderators triage CSAE flags with priority handling and escalation protocols.
  • D
    One-click reporting
In-app reporting flows and direct email reporting to our safeguarding queue.

Important

No detection system is perfect. If you see something suspicious, report it immediately—your report could prevent harm.

5) Reporting & support

TAKE ACTION

If you encounter suspected CSAE, grooming, or any attempt to involve minors, report it immediately. Use in-app reporting where available, or email our safeguarding team.

  • Report via email
    help@swinghub.com
Include usernames, links, timestamps, and what you saw.
  • Immediate danger
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the UK, you can also report directly to CEOP.
